  • 5 cups chicken broth
  •  3 eggs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Get 8 ounces fresh mozzarella make sure you cut into ½ inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  •  2 tablespoons dry breadcrumbs
  • 1 onion and get it chopped
  • 28 ounces of diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Steps to prepare sausage stuffed rice ring

  • Get 1 tablespoon butter and softened it
  • Obtain about 5 cups chicken broth
  • Get 4 cloves garlic  and minced it
  • Prepare the oven to 400°F. Butter the bottom and sides of a Bundt pan and set it aside to cool.
  • A big pot with arborio rice and chicken stock should be used for this. Bring the mixture to a boil. Simmer for 15 minutes with the lid on and the heat turned down. Dish out rice and let it cool somewhat (about 10 minutes). Add eggs, parmesan cheese, and salt to the mixture and stir well.
  •  In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté sausage, onion, and garlic for 8-10 minutes, stirring constantly. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and add diced tomatoes to taste. 10 minutes of stirring and cooking. Remove the liquid by squeezing it through a strainer. Add fresh mozzarella and basil to the mixture and stir well to combine the flavors.
  • Shake off any extra breadcrumbs from the bottom and sides of the oiled Bundt pan. Half of the rice should be pressed firmly into the bottom and sides of the pot. Add the sausage stuffing to the top of the dish. Cover the pork completely with the remaining rice. Some rice may be leftover, but it will be minimal.
  •  Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the sides are lightly browned. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before re-entering the kitchen.
  • Turn rice mold carefully onto the serving dish. If preferred, top with extra Parmesan cheese and basil.
