I grew up reading, hearing, watching TV programs proclaiming that ‘failure comes before success.’ Do we all have to fail before we succeed? This question has been beating my imagination because a lot of successful men and women that I have heard of seems to have gone through some levels of failures before they became successful. Famous people like Thomas Edison, Bill Gates, Henry Ford, and many others may have experienced failure. Should we accept that is a natural rule to fail before one succeeds? How many successful people do you know that became successful without failure? If failure is that important for one to succeed, what value does failure bring to the individual? |
